I didn't buy my carpet from here because I didn't think they were very nice! I liked their range (the Belrose showroom is large and showcases a great variety) and I was able to choose a carpet I was happy with. They came out and did the measure and I was just about to go ahead. Every time I spoke to them on the phone I felt like I was bothering them and like I was being annoying (I don't think I was... just normal carpet type inquiries like: "is 'X' colour in stock" e.t.c.). I thought - what am I doing? Why am I giving my business to people who are so unfriendly? I decided to go with another provider who (in addition to being MUCH nicer) was cheaper (win-win). I could provide the name of the Carpet Right Belrose sales rep I dealt with, but I don't know that would be appropriate. I think these guys need to lift their game.
