We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

    I purchased terrific carpet and found their service exceptional. Measurer was polite and precise, the Salespeople most helpful with selection of colour and type of carpet, and the carpet layer was most professional (Joe). Very thorough, cleaned up afterwards, laid the carpet quickly and with minimum fuss, and no issue with moving furniture, etc. I'd recommend Carpet Right for sure.......

    I purchased a good quality carpet for my home and could not be happier. We had an excellent experience in store that was backed up by an installation team that turned up on time and did a fantastic job, they even moved our furniture, something I was dreading as I have a back injury. The salesman was very professional and helpful and the measuring service was also prompt and efficient. Our home now looks fantastic and with a minimum of fuss, we are very happy customers!

    As a consumer I must make you aware of the awful experience my family has had with Carpet Right at Concord. They did a botched vinyl job that even after one repair came up in bubbles and lumps over our large kitchen cum living area. After 3 months and many unreturned phone calls and a formal complaint to the management that were not replied to, we went to Fair Trading. Even then the poor behaviour continued with them calling my mother in law , who is a pensioner and whose floor we are talking about. Having paid $1230 and having gotten a very substandard job done, my mother in law then found herself being subjected to criticism, called her rude and derided her for complaining to Fair Trading. This disappointing behaviour continues and even with Fair Trading we have as yet been unable to get an appropriate outcome.

    I recently used this company to install carpet in our home. Be aware of this company, I was quoted and paid for x ammount of carpet, yet when it came to installation they bought approx. 20% less than I had paid for. They did not lay the carpet as per the quoted plans giving additional joins in carpet. Customer Service was extremly slow and poor - it took over a month to get a response from them.

    Think twice before using this company. They may not deliver what they quote !
