    As life has taught me you can't really expect to much from letting agents when you're a tenant. They collect rent, make sure the contracts are sorted and that's about it. If issues arise then they can blame the landlord, albeit in a friendly manner. Carringtons is no exception to this rule...friendly, but recent issues just don't get resolved and it's the landlords fault...and they started off so well.
