    I have just had the worst restaurant experience of my life!! The management should seriously consider opting out of the service industry. Foul mouthed, rude, arrogent and insulting does not adequately describe them. Up until today we were fairly regular customers and had even recommended the place to others but from now on I will badmouth the joint to all who care to listen. I dared to ask the management to please cook my raw poached eggs a little harder and they yelled at me telling that I would have to pay for the plate again, slamming the plate down on the counter in front of me.. Gobsmacked at their rudeness, I told them that I was a frequent customer and was shocked at their rudeness but they were hearing nothing of it, aggressively telling me I should not talk down to them (serious self esteem issues!!!). Take your average restaurant and shove it where it fits best, from now on instead of recommending you I will take the trouble to tell all and sundry to take their business and hard earned money elsewhere.
