'Casba Café' is a family run business headed by Hossien Gharib that operates out of the Castle Towers Shopping Centre. On the fourth level, directly across from David Jones sits 'Casba' with trendy purple drop lights and a yummy array of gourmet sandwiches and cakes on display. Hossien prides himself on their coffee, serving the Belorama brand alongside countless breakfasts and lunches served to hungry shoppers seven days a week.

I can tell you one thing about Casba that is amazing, Casba makes the best Pumpkin Soup, in all over Sydney if you asked me. Unlike many other cafes and Restaurants in the centre, Casba differentiate their products which keeps them ahead of the game. They are always expanding their product mix and offering new products. I see myself as a loyal customer and i am definitely treated like one.I am always treated well, with top quality service and of course the great taste in their food. But i must say i do understand where Dara79 is coming from, Manager is quite strict about how he runs his cafe, in an autocratic manner, but i think that what is stated is exaggerated. "Take Away" Coffee means you take it away, hence the term. For Example, You do not go to a Italian Restaurant, Order a Take Way Pizza, And Sit down and Eat. Just takes away the purpose of "Take Away". Thus i believe Casba is a top Quality Cafe, and One of the Best in the Centre! -

just had a mixed berry smoothie and banana pancakes (after my risotto) yes i was HUNGRY... and WOW !!! i would have licked the plate if i could. the mixed berry smoothie was heaven in a cup and so were the pancakes... cakes look pretty good too... illl be coming back to try them :)
p.s risotto was pretty good too. -

A Mothers Day to Remember at Casba. As a first timer I have to say it was definitely 5 Star Quality.. A friend Recommended to book at Casba for Mothers day. The food was exquisite. We had breakfast booking and I must say their Canadian Breakfast and their Salmon Eggs Benedict are to die for soooo yummmyyy. Excellent Customer service, considering how busy they were. Hands down the BEST Cafe I have been to. Will I go Back?? Without a Doubt in a mind. -

Being a retailer within Castle Towers, there is nothing more I look forward to then a decent breakfast brfore I start a full day at work...
The big breakfast at Casba is on my hit list (especially Monday mornings ;))

I just wanted to thank the staff at Casba... Our breakfast was perfect. The waitress recommended the Eggs Florentine for breakfast, she convinced me that it would be yummy and it really was. She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. such a pleasure to have breakfast there and we will definately be coming back for brekkie again. -

I have been to many cafes restaurants at Towers as i work near the shopping Centre. i have pretty much tried them all. I keep returning to Casba because the food is delicious.and the quality and quantity is consistently excellent and great value for money... Two thumbs up from me :) -

OMG THE TANDOORI CHICKEN SALAD IS AMAZING!!! I always eat at Casba when Im shopping in Castle Towers. The quality of food is second to none... and the portions !!! I love the tandoori chicken salad and the pumpkin soup is A MUST HAVE !!! I definately rate Casba... the service has always been really good and the staff are always attentive and friendly :) -

After a lovely day shopping with my Mum today we chose to have a lunch at this cafe. The service was terrible. We were told we could only sit down if we were ordering food with our coffees. At the end of our meal we spoke to the management and told them we felt that was quite a rude statement to make to paying customers. They simply smiled and said have a nice day. We definitely won't be going back there again.
