    Good Doctors here, but way overpriced, with unhelpful administrative staff.
    If you're keen to do the scheduling, followup, and chase results yourself, and have a lot of money then this is the place for you.

    Very friendly & helpful staff. Only had to wait on a few occasions, but was informed by reception staff that the Doctor was attending to an emergency in the nurses room. We too have come in as an emergency appointment on a couple of occasions when one of my children have either had a broken arm or high temp with vomiting and have been attended to straight away by a nurse, and a Doctor has not been too far behind.

    Fantastic medical centre. I usually see dr zhao and he is very thorough and caring. There is generally a little bit of a wait but i find most medical centres are like that these days. The staff are always polite and helpful when i have been there.

    If you want to wait for a doctor for over an hour and a half, then be treated by the reception as a second class citizen when you ask what the delay is, then is the place for you. Their idea of problem resolution is to get you to ask other patients in the waiting room to give up their appointment so that you can finally see a doctor or continue to wait for your doctor who cannot be contacted and has probably gone to lunch while you sit and wait with a sick child.

      I agree. Not sure why I have to pay all that money when there are other amazing bulk billing clinics around. Stopped going there a month ago now I attend different clinic that bulk bill everything and opens 7 days
