    I recently had dealings with this company for my parent's 50th birthday party. We hired a marquee, tables, chairs and various other equipment and found the equipment to be in great condition

    I found the customer service to be quite good. The ladies in the office were very helpful when I made and changed my order. The equipment was delivered and picked up on the days specified.

    I recently hired out a couple of chairs and tables plus some bain maries from this place. The equipment was very good but the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The sales lady whom I spoke with, Astrid, is lovely, however the manager cum delivery man, was very, VERY rude. I had a complaint about how he spoke to me the first time when I asked between what times he was going to drop off the things and he said sarcastically that "I wasn't the only customer". It was an innocent question - I just wanted to know approximately what time he would be coming, and I got such a remark. Later on, when he came to pick up the stuff, he told my husband that he couldn't carry things more than 5m away from his ute due to occupational safety hazard rules and then started whinging about how he had bumped his shoulder on the meter box when he was delivering the things before. I called up to complain about his attitude and he started getting verbally aggressive with me on the phone. I told him that he didn't need to be aggressive with me and he said," What do you want me to be? Submissive?" His parting words to me were, " Your complaint has been notified and filed" and then he HUNG UP on me. Talk about customer service! I would recommend that people DO NOT go to this place for their party equipment. Their equipment might be good but their customer service is horrendous. I have never met a rudest person in my life before and this guy just takes the cake.
