    Still the best salon in Canberra!
    As a regular client at Cataldo's for the last nine or so years, i have had the pleasure of having my hair cut, coloured, styled and maintained by a fabulous team of talented and enthusiastic hairdressers.

    The salon atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the products are second to none, and I always leave feeling like a million dollars.

    Over the last eight years I have been a semi-regular client of this salon. Several of the staff are extremely talented and intelligent stylists who listen to the client and take care to achieve a satisfying result. However other staff, one in particular, is so patronizing and plain rude that I will no longer visit this salon. Perhaps if they spent more time focusing on attending to the needs of clients and less time ridiculing customers who don't fit their notion of what a Cataldo's client should look like, they'd be better at their job. It is the role of ALL staff at a salon to make a client feel good about themselves.

    Prices at this salon are much higher than the value of the cut or colour received.
    The style I received (by an associate hairdresser) was tepid at best. When I asked for something more interesting she became agitated and rude.
    When I go to a hairdresser, I expect to be treated like the paying customer that I am, not like they are doing me a favour for allowing me to be their client.
