This casual eatery sits at the heart of the South Bank. It has a modern and polished interior with recycled timber floors and wide entrances blurring the line between indoor and footpath dining. Executive chef Todd Farr may be best known for his appearance on My Restaurant Rules 2, but his career has spanned a long history with the Marriott chain, including time as executive sous chef at its flagship Hong Kong hotel. At CBD, his wood-fired pizzas draw in the crowds, with signature combinations such as sugar-cured chicken, coriander pesto and pickled bok choy; garlic prawns with chilli and preserved lemon; and bourbon and molasses-marinated beef with swiss brown mushrooms and gruyere cheese.
