I went to this gym back in October as I had purchased a scoopon voucher wich offered 2 months free, I expressed to the consultant a number of times I did NOT want to sign up. I was told I had to provide my credit card number even if I wasn't signing a 12 month contract. 6 months later I received a letter from a DEBT COLLECTOR saying I owe $1008.00 for an apparent contract a staff member at Cbd health spa had signed me up for. After MANY calls and emails to the manager who I will add was extremely rude and unhelpful- my debt was reduced but I was still forced to pay $159 cancellation fee and an additional $50 for 'other' fees and charges. This is a terrible company and I do not recommend anyone going to it. -

l bought a 2 months membership from scoopon and I took up the deal to continue after that at a special price. 3 weeks into my 2 month membership even before the contract started I had to cancel as I had to move overseas. The management, was very rude and made me pay the cancellation fee of$149 even when I haven't started my contract. I was a member of this gym 6 years ago and came back because I moved into the area. I will definitely not come back to this gym when I move back to Perth. All up I paid over $200 for a few rpm classes.
