    Whilst staff was very polite, I would prefer them say straight up that they were too busy to take on my job, rather than saying they would get back to me and me having to call him to chase up. In the end they called me a few weeks later saying they could potentially come past on Saturday, but then I never heard from them again. I think most customers would be fine with a "sorry I'm too busy" response instead of failing to follow through.

    I originally booked him in because he claimed to be the first available. In the end, didn't turn up, so had to book someone else and had to wait an extra week on top of that. Not happy. If you're too busy, don't schedule clients in and then cancel on them at the time of the appointment. I also rushed home to meet him. Communication wasn't good either. Had to keep contacting him otherwise he wouldn't have called me.

    I would highly recommend David and his services; the overall experience was 10 out 10! He was very prompt getting back to us and his quote was very competitive. David's experience and knowledge showed as he was able to provide us with multiple options to complete the work required. He was extremely professional and the whole process ran smoothly. We have already contracted David on a second job (home extension) as we were so happy with his previous work.

    great service from Dave. I had to cancel an appointment and move the second appointment around (new baby). Dave was very accomodating and happy to reschedule. Very happy with the job done. Good old fashion service. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.
