I saw Dave via a recommendation. He is extremely friendly, very hands-on, listens to you and thinks about your problem. He is accommodating with times and doesn't force you to make endless appointments. He is punctual and does focus on you when you are there, which is good as I have seen others who will answer the phone or check on others during your appointment. He has pleasant offices and charges market rates. I have recommended him to several others who have all been very satisfied with his service.

Dave is now my physio of choice, having first seen him at the recommendation of a friend. I exercise quite a lot, and also spend long periods of time sitting at a computer. Both activities cause their share of wear and tear ;)

His experience comes to the fore especially when identifying which area is causing the problem (hint: it's not always the part that hurts). He is also very focused on treating the underlying cause as well as the short term symptoms. I rarely leave without a detailed recovery plan for the next few weeks.

And as they say in Hollywood, "I came for the physio, but stayed for the pilates". I thought I was pretty fit, but a few minutes of REAL pilates had me sweating and realising I could be a lot stronger and stable through the middle.

Dave is a very personable practitioner, and has a range of treatment approaches he can employ. Highly recommended.
