for a great pint of Kilkenny there is no better place to go than the Celtic Corner in Manly! The food and entertainment are top notch too. It is a great location for a quiet drink and good conversation.

What a deltight to find a taste of Ireland with the view of Moreton Bay in the background. For anyone that loves a good pint of Guinness you will not be dissapointed. We started with a beer at the bar and the service was so delightful that we decided to stay for a bite to eat. Well what a selection! The Guinness Pie was delicious and if you fancy a good old fashioned Beer Battered Fish and Chips, try it done with Barramundi. To our pleasure we discovered the Traditional Irish Music also follows on a Friday night. Have been back since and had a great breaky on the weekend. We will be back.

Drinks arrived quickly. We had to wait incredibly long for the mains, which turned out to be mediocre at best.

Great atmosphere, but should be better than it is.

The tables are often sticky with beer, or wine and I hate that.

Breakfasts are quick -- if ordinary, but position almost makes up for it.

The Celtic Corner is one of the great reasons to eat and drink at Manly. Having been a number of times now I'm always impressed by the quality of the service and food. Its a great mix of locals and visitors with a friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone. If you haven't been and are looking for somewhere in Manly I would highly recommend the Celtic Corner.
