I have purchased two vehicles from them and had the worst service experience from them. I used to be a mechanic for Renault back in Europe, so I do know what servicing a car involves. Now I work in a different trade as I simply working under the bonnet does not offer many career opportunities.

1- Oil was poured into the engine without the use of a funnel. Left engine bay messy and caused damage to additional components such as engine belt and alternator bearings. This resulted in a loud screeching noise when i start the car and drive off. They expected me to fork out for their mess ups and have the belt replaced at my expense. Funny thing is that I did have another mechanic replace the belt and problem was still there.

2- Screws are always missing. Also, if they do not have a part available for a car being serviced before yours, they will yank it out and replace it with another while some one runs and gets the part from the supplier and fit it into your car before you pick it up. Happened with my water pump as I noticed there was a bit of rust and this is only caused if your car is not parked in a garage, more prone to the rain.

3- Spoke to the management regarding the issue, and kept on going on about the life span of the components without realizing that I actually did replace the parts they stated required replacing. They even commented that I do not even know anything about mechanics, when they do not even know my working history. For mechanics out there, they claim that they tensioned a self tension belt! Great going, you really know your cars.

4- The management claims that the alternator has a life span of 6 years and must be replaced then. I've had 20 year old cars with the same alternator running fine on them.

If you care about your safety and want to ensure that your car actually gets serviced by a qualified mechanic.
