I confronted the pharmacy with a worry that some of the medication may be missing after noticing a tablet was broken in half after getting home. As one would I put it back in the bag and took it back the next day to the pharmacy to check everything was OK. The Pharmacists then told me that was normal. I politely asked the pharmacy to please double check it. She then confirmed that everything was ok and the right amount was supplied. I thanked her for her time and took it home. Only to count it myself (4 times to be sure) and 1 and a half tablets were missing. I then rang the pharmacist who again swore she counted it twice (after overhearing her and her workmate confirm they had previously counted 1 and a half tablets were missing if you put someone on hold. Put them on hold!) and that there was the correct amount of medication supplied. DO NOT ATTEND THIS PHARMACY. I will be advising my company to stay away from this pharmacy and anyone else who reads this. (To the pharmacy reading this, I work in your building. I hope this damages your business, or the pharmacists involved is severely scrutinised/audited regarding this situation)
If I didnt need the medication I would take it back on Monday and show them again and ask them to count it in front of me. Unfortunately I got this prescription made because I NEED it.
Dont waste your time or money with this pharmacy.
