Central Coast Motor Group demonstrated wonderful customer service especially in regards to the service department. There service department is truly a credit to the company as time and time again they endeavour to do the best job possible. I always feel part of the care process and therefore confident of the quality of work done. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and workmanship!
Still not happy with the technical service however the customer service is excellent, the manager did take the time to come out and explain the reasoning behind the subsequent issues with the car and for that I was appreciative. However if you are getting a Subaru serviced be prepared for a whopping bill.
Always charging for extra things but not delivering the basics. The tyres and brakes grew in % remaining between services, ac filter always needs replacing though not used so it's hard to believe what they recommend. They failed to observe a basic maintenance issue which then resulted in another $500 bill for us on top exorbitant fee for the service. It's good to get the manufacturers stamp in your service book but you will pay for it dearly every service and for me it certainly is not worth it, will not go back.
