Central Eye care provided great customer service today, phone manner was great when I called and also when I arrived into the shop, the two young ladies who served us were very polite and friendly. They were very quick to fix my mums glasses and I thought they did a great job tending to customers in the shop considering there were quite a few customers at the time to tend to, The two ladies provided good communication and in my view met the needs and requests of other customers before me. They were fast and efficient and got the job done!...Thank you very much from a very happy customer :) I recommend everyone to go there they are awesome!

Unfortnately I can't review the staff or the customer care as there was none. I walked in just wanting a screw put in my sunglasses, there was no bell on the desk, so I stood and waited, looked around, waited some more and after 5 minutes, and no sign of any assistance or staff I walked out.... very disappointed.
