    We have had nothing but trouble with this business since they installed a garage door that was too small. We couldn't get anyone to listen and I even resorted to emailing every Centurion Garage Doors in Australia to see if ANYONE would respond. After emailing and constantly calling someone finally came out and they put wood around the garage opening to try to hide how big the gaps were......gee wonder why it didn't work?? It has now been 9 months and someone finally has agreed that the door is too small (August) and we were told a new door would be installed in a week (3 weeks ago). On top of this they have the cheek to keep sending me the account for final payment (we only paid the deposit) and I just keep sending it back "return to sender".
    If we EVER get this sorted I really hope that they understand when it takes 9 months or so to finalise their account.
    Terrible lack of service. Company just doesnt seem to care.
