    Our new roof was completed last week by Certified Roofing and we couldn't be happier at the job they've done. The tradesmen were extremely efficient and there were no dramas from start to finish. They always arrived on time and had great attention to detail.

    WOW, What a experience I had with Mick and his team from Certified Roofing.

    After the hale hit Wooloowin in the Christmas of 1998, every house in our street got a new roof except mine. I got 32 new sheets from the insurance. Fighting with the insurance company for 7 years and my house flooding with water after and during rain, having 8 roofing specialist come and see my roof and no one wanted a bar to do with it as it was a insurance problem.

    Mick from Certified Roofing came out and had a look. The people that replaced the 32 sheets, left all their rubbish eg: screws, cuttings of sheet metal and other bits and pieces, not only that the insulation was saturated from all the water over the years so that was a problem too.

    Mick said he would see what he could do and well 7 months later I had my new roof and what a wonderful feeling that was. Not having to worry about my house flooding from the roof down.

    Micks trusty team of roofers were just wonderful and did all they could to accommodate us through the few weeks of replacing our new roof.

    I will never forget Mick Bentham and his trusty team for all they have done for my family and I.

    I would recommend Certified Roofing to anyone.

    Disappointed with our reroofing experience with Certified Roofing.
    There was a BIG difference between what I was told would be done and the service they actually delivered.

    I was initially told the job would be done in 2 - 4 weeks. It was rushed through 4 days later. This was not convenient, nor was it discussed with us.

    They did not tell us that their scaffolding would be screwed into the facia board. Once the screws were removed, the holes were plugged but not painted.

    I was told that cyclone strapping could be fitted (if not already there). When the roof was being replaced, we asked the roofers about it. They were not told so it was not done.

    A pile of rubbish (sheeting, insulation offcuts, etc) was left in our front yard for a week. Once the rubbish was collected, there was still a considerable number of nails, screws and sharp tin offcuts left in our front yard.

    The only positive was that they did replace a young citrus that had been snapped off by roof sheeting.
