    I just wanted to say how much I appreciated your services in selling my home with you. After looking for a price valuation on my property and going through realestate agencies on the gold coast, I found your agency to be the most friendly and cut above the rest. Lj Hooker, First Nationals, Raine & Horne, Ray White couldn't give me a proper honest appraisal when I needed it but when you guys came over, it was all too easy. You showed me all the properties in my area competing against my home and took me thru a logical process of all the sold properties in the area. I tried homeguru online aswell and they couldn't even give me an accurate price estimate. So just to let you know that because I got an honest opinion and the friendly service, thats why you won our business.     I was very impressed with Graham and Matthew and the team at champions property sales because they helped me get into my first investment property. It was so easy to deal with everyone there. To buy Real Estate on the gold coast is tough enough, especially choosing the right agent who is honest above all else.     Looking for a great agent..I found Champions Property Sales on the Gold Coast. They are honest and ethical and have great service as well. I work for a valuation company and when they valued my home I was looking for someone who could give me an honest opinion and show me comparable properties. They showed me all the homes in my area that were similiar to mine that had sold recently and gave me a great marketing campaign to ensure I will still get a great price in the market. I was very comfortable with them selling my home and all the other agents like ljhooker, ray white, first nationals, raine and horne etc tried to give me a price I wanted to hear.     I was searching for properties on the gold coast because I have been in the game for many years.
