I am sorry to hear about the one bad experience, but without the poor owners old vet seeing the kitten at the 24 hour period as well, it seems unfair to compare assessment of symptoms 24 hours later, where they would have been far more obvious and intense. I am just glad that their kitten was alright. I know that then whole area goes to Chandlers Hill vet and keep coming back dog after dog. I will be going there with my current dogs, next dog and the one after that. They are all really beautiful and caring girls and Dr Judy is one VERY experienced and loving vet. You can't go wrong going here. -

This is an amazing clinic with a lovely feel to it. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, you can tell they really love their jobs and genuinely care for your pets. I'm a long term client, not a fly by nighter, or someone who only takes their pets to the vet when there's an emergency. The girls at the clinic go that extra step to make sure my dogs and cats are not only cared for when they are ill, but also look to prevent illness and detect it early so it is treated when it's not the end of the road, but easily treated. I couldn't be happier with the help and service I've always recieved there. -

I give this clinic a negative rating due to my 1st an only experience with them. Having just moved to the area we had not yet chosen a clinic until a potential emergency situation came up.
We took my very lethargic kitten, who was not eating and drinking to the clinic and were VERY unhappy with the results. We were told that her temperature was normal and as far as they knew she was moving around so they didn't think anything was wrong with her. I tried to tell them that her behaviour was not like her at all, to be told that she may just be coming into season or she is simply having 'an off day'.
They kept her ALL day and only took her temp a few times and sent her home, with no further instructions as to what to do if this behaviour should continue. Even when I asked I was just told 'its normal for cats to go without eating for a day sometimes'.
The next day she was still not eating or drinking and was getting worse. So we took her out of our way, 40 minutes to our old vet clinic who diagnosed her straight away with constipation. He told us that she was extremely blocked and would have been this way for at least 48 hours. Meaning that if the staff Chandler's Hill had given her a proper examination we could have saved ourselves a lot of time, money and stress to both ourselves and the kitten.
I am very disappointed to be charged the MORE for Chandlers to do nothing as I was to get my kitten back on her feet again at our regular vet. It was a waste of our time and money and added stress and anxiety to us all.
Needless to say, we will not be going back there again and they will be told so. -

after our cat was mauled by a dog last week, a neighbour who witnessned the incident called the clinic and they were extremely fast to pick him up. Due to the fast actions, professionalism and caring nature of the staff, our little guy is still alive. He still has a long road ahead of him but we can not thank the staff more for what they have done for us. I highly recommend this vet clinic and although we were already clients of the clinic, after a situation like this we will be clients for life.
