    These guys have made ONE product into two products: They advertise "Wake up with makeup": your choice of cosmetic tattoo top liner or bottom liner for $XXX.
    Now I went in and was told I first need a "Lash enhancement" as without it I'll be able to see a gap between the liner and my lashes. A top line is a product which lines your eye DOWN UNTIL ones lashes. They are one product,, one service, but not at Charisma.

    I got the lash enhancement, which was an absolute waste of time and money.

    Took about 5-10 minutes to do, I could not tell the difference between before and after, if one put mascara on, that would look more like an eyeliner than this "lash enhancement". $320!!! Surely for $320 one should have an eyeliner done that is visible even after applying mascara.

    Now the worst thing is, after going home, and applying bepanthen overnight, all the pigment had washed off with the cream as it was under my eyes in the morning. Now I have wasted my time and money and there is no sign of pigment anywhere in my eyelids.

    To top it all off, the staff was rude and was not willing to share any advise or instructions without me digging it. I felt like I was being a nuisance to them by asking questions about the procedure and after care.

    I would not recommend anyone going to this place for eyeliner tattooing unfortunately. A very bad experience and even worse outcome!

      I had that scoopon until I had a fight with the management when I was overcharged. There was no way I would let them near my eyes(i've got an unusual name) so I sold the scoopon after telling my friend what happened. If they keep treating customers like this, no number of scoopons will save their business. Shame on them for not having a work ethic.

    I was overcharged for a half leg wax. They charged me $42 when the pricelist said $30. When I queried this, i was told that that was the price they had set on the computer for an upper leg wax yet the pricelist at the counter didn't say upper or lower. A full leg wax is listed as $45 - just $3 more than I was charged(a half leg and bikini is $41). After requesting them to contact me, and having to follow this up myself for the next 24 hours, they told me "too bad that's the price".
    Beware this small business. If this is how they treat customers who have spent hundreds and services and woul have spent close to $1500 over the next year... BEWARE

      I went in for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. I came out with uneven brows that were twice as thin as I wanted them!! awful. I had a strip of hair down the middle of my top lip even though I queried it with the so called beautician. I was asked to check but the only mirrors were poorly light up and difficult to see. Never never again will I go there.
