    We booked our cruise with Charlene late in 2009 for early january 2011. When we got to may we decided we wanted to change our cruise. One phone call to Charlene was all it took. After this Charlene quickly organized our cruise changed. We have been most impressed with her service and would recommend her to anyone.

    Charlene booked our family trip to Hong Kong in 2009. Charlene was more than happy to discuss our particular requirements and source the most appropriate packages. This was our first trip overseas and we were travelling with our 18 month old daughter so rather than spending hours online trying to book everything individually and hoping things work out we decided to use Charlenes services. She ensured that everything was taken care of and that there were no unexpected surprises when we arrived. We love the fact that she offers a mobile service and can be contacted whenever we need her (rather than being confined to trading hours). Charlene Booked our flights, accommodation and travel insurance in a timely and professional manner and also ensured that all our specific requirements for our daughter were also catered for.     I booked our honeymoon with Charlene in 2008. We were on a very tight budget but wanted to have an amazing trip. We showed Charlene our preferences and she put together a wonderful package that not only suited our budget but also our expectations in regards to accomodation, airline and activities/day trips. We were really impressed with her recommedations and had a wonderful time. Charlene took the time to plan each day of our honeymoon so that we could fit in all the attractions we wanted to see. I would highly recommed Charlene and found her prices to be better than what I could source online or at any other travel agent.

    I have just booked my 2nd cruise with Charlene. Our last cruise was almost 3 years ago (I know I need to get away more often). Charlene was so helpful - I could call her at any tiime and she was always available to answer any questions I had about my booking. She gave me a heap of information about the ship, ports of call, dining options, entertainment, tours, what to do if I was feeling seasick and just about everything. As I had not travelled out of Australia before, Charlene also helped me with passport and customs questions.
    This time we decided to book more of a luxury liner and I didn't hesitate to contact Charlene. She was able to supply me with options that suited my budget on the same day of my enquiry. We booked the cruise and are now counting down the days!!
    Charlene is a pleasure to deal with and highly professional - nothing is too hard for this woman.
