1. All Cardboard Boxes delivered on site to be unpacked and Removed from premises on the day of delivery - No Exception. Use transparent container or milk crate for storage.
2. Housekeeping and Cleanliness to be kept under Constant Control, No Clutter On And Under Shelving, dirty aprons, food and rubbish - Out Of Sight.
3. All Leftover Food to be removed from Heat Zones and store in cool room or proper storage containers / sauces and condiments to be Covered - At All Times and on the day of Any Pest Control Treatment Date.
4. Report to Head Chef or Management any problem areas concerning Pest Infestation. For example, broken tiles, gaps and cracks through-out the site and inform - Pest Technician - the areas of concern.
5. Implementing all the above procedures will Ensure A Safe and Healthy Environment for all including the most Important point of all - Local Reputation.
