    I went to get a quote for timber flooring for my house. I had used them before for carpet and they were really good. But, they have a new person and after coming to measure and show us samples and provide us with a price we have not heard from him in over 8 weeks. The lady (assistant) who has been there is always telling me the new guy is gone out and she cannot help, which i find bizarre. I really think that this guy under quoted me on price for per square meter and now is not bothered to have my business. It is a real shame when customer service is so badly represented.
