My fiance and I tried to find a home loan ourselves but our situation was complicated and many banks wouldn't even look twice at us before saying no. We made enough money but we are self-employed and as a Yank on a work visa, I don't have permanent residency yet.

We turned to Nicole at CBF Solutions for help and she worked tirelessly to find us a loan with a good interest rate that we could qualify for, and we didn't even need to resort to one of those super high interest rate "we'll take anyone" loans. She is a broker for like 30 different lenders so she was able to shop around for us and speak to the people that make the decisions on our behalf. She is the BEST.

Now we have our first house, we are locked in to a low interest rate and we are happy. We couldn't have done it without her help. Thanks Nicole!
