Be set to learn how to create stunning tapas to tantalise your guests, then deliver an amazing Spanish feast. You'll discover how to correctly use some of Spain's wonderful products such as saffron, seafood delicacies, garlic, spicy chorizo and 'heady' smoked paprika.

Cheeky Canape's and Desserts
Do you love to entertain? Then you'll love our canapé and dessert cooking class! This class aims to give you that added expertise to entertain and most of all impress your guests! Forget the main course! It's all about how you start and end the night with delicious hors d'oeuvres and wicked desserts. 
You'll start by learning how to make canapés like quesadillas, using everything from salmon to chorizo to pear. You'll then try your magic on some very delectable desserts. Here you could be making anything from delicious and rich Chocolate Brownies with Kahlua Cream, Key Lime Tarts or a traditional favourite, Tiramisu…but with a modern twist!

Singles Cooking Parties
With the focus on fun and plenty of interactive cooking, you'll learn how to chop, sizzle and flambe with exciting other singles, aged 28-45. Can't cook? Fantastic! You can be certain there'll be someone gorgeous to help you and we'll make sure everyone gets the chance to cook, laugh and enjoy great vino with lots of other singles. And who knows - you might leave with more than just a recipe.
