I injured my lower back playing touch football a month or so ago. I thought it would just go away, but I later learned, after visiting these guys, that I had done some real damage and it needed work! I'm not yet 100% but I feel much better and they said I should be back to touch footy soon enough.

I suffer from RSI after years as a secretary with no ergonomic support and I have found Cheltenham Osteo to be great at treating my problem. I have been given exercises, although I don't like doing them, and they have really helped. Exercise is only on part though and this place has put me on a treatment plan which I am really starting to feel some relief.
