    Spring arrived and my asthma had kicked in. When I entered the store to obtain a reliever puffer it took at least 2 minutes for me to be acknowledged. When I finally was I noticed the staff had already filled my script yet asked if I would be waiting. I asked why this was as the medication appeared to be ready then and there. They gave me a beeper and told me to wait. I wasn't quite sure what I was waiting for. 15 minutes later still nothing. I have lived in 3 different cities in Australia before and never encountered an experience like this at a Chemist Warehouse. What is rather more ironic is that there appeared to be a couple of "Store of the Year" awards on their counter! You've got to be joking me right?
