I was very disappointed with the service at Chermside Paediatric Dental Care. Although the set up of the office is very child friendly we did not find some staff to be. They made no attempt to talk to our child, or to approach her or show her any tools. Instead they instructed that our daughter be held upside down and examined her by force. It was extremely upsetting for our daughter and at no point during the exam did they talk to her or reassure her.

In addition to this information given to us by the dentist contradicted information given to us in leaflets they handed to us. The entire appointment lasted for ten minutes yet was reasonably expensive. The list of additional fees if we continued treatment were in the thousands of dollars. We were instructed that any further questions or queries should be directed to the dentist in a phone call.

  I would like to say how extremely happy we are with the staff at chermside paediatric dental care. The girls there were fantastic, they talked and showed our son the TV and they sat down and coloured with him while we chatted to the dentist. Our son(near 3) at his 1st dental visit was not to co op with the check-up but we did lay him on our lap to do the looking with alittle tears and cry she got a look but he was more than happy to continue colouring and chatting. We felt that everything was explained in very simple terms and the staff VERY willing to help with our needs. We have sent our friend there and they to happy. Keep up the great work and see you at the next check time.
