    WOW!!! CHIC SKIN AND LASER CLINIC is the most amazing clinic I have visited!
    I loved everything about it from the moment I walked in. The salon is inviting very modern, fresh and all of class especially all the well groomed staff!

    The clinic is just spectacular with amazing attention to detail, I had the pleasure of several treatments during my visit to the clinic and they were all truly professional, loyal, honest, friendly staff. I was first treated with great customer service by the team at CHIC. I was booked in to have Laser Hair Removal followed by Microdermabrasion + Light Therapy and a Pedicure.
    It was the first time I had hair removal and wasnt sure about the process, hearing different stories from friends and family. I was consulted and looked after by the laser technician, she informed me of everything I needed to know and reassured me Id get great results! I now have had a few treatments and loving the results!! Cant wait to get more areas completed and become hair free all over.
    I was recommend products and was told how and when to use them it was very interesting, the therapist knew what she was talking about! I received honest and loyal service that came with a passion from the therapist. She was great no doubt!
    The team at Chic Skin and Laser Clinic are very professional and pay great attention to detail. I was so relaxed and my whole body felt recharged and replenished. I highly recommended this clinic to anyone who is looking for the highest level of customer satisfaction together with very professional service.
    I will defiantly be going back to Chic Skin and Laser Clinic as often as I can.

    Thanks Chic! I came in to have a pedicure and it was the best one i have ever had, considering i have been suffering from dry heels for years. Its been three weeks since i have had the pedicure and finding that my heels are still quite smooth. Many thanks and i will be defenitely coming in for more services!

    Thank you very much CHIC for your wonderful service! It was my first time getting treated at your Fairfield store for Laser and it was the best experience i have had. Can i say you gave me 100% service from the minute i walked in the salon. After getting referred to your salon from my girlfriend i wasn't sure what to expect.     Made an appointment to have eyebrows tinted. Was looked after by obviously a newbie who suggested I have them waxed as well, Big mistake ... this is the third time I have had my eyebrows stuffed by Chic so not sure what I was thinking. Not only were they totally different, ie one thicker than the other, one higher than the other, one darker than the other - they had taken chunks out of them. They saw me checking them and said that they didn't touch "them there". I walked out so upset and went to the chemist to buy an eyebrow pencil. On arriving back at the office, I decided to call them and tell them I was not happy. I was asked to go back and I did. A senior staff spent more time on them than the first one and bleached one eyebrow a bit lighter, put wax here and there but to add insult to injury, they told me not to touch them and come back in three weeks and they "will try and fix them". They also suggested two senior staff to ask for - basically admitting the staff is not up to scratch. Was offered no refund, no complimentary anything and she was more worried about where I worked so that I didn't spread the "good news" I reckon. They didn't even offer to patch up the bald spots with one of their own fancy pencils. Will definitely never go back and strongly recommend no one goes there for eyebrows either. Not good business.

    Pedicure treatment good, polish not really
    Minicure polish not too bad. (French polish)

    Maybe because was on a special $ 59 pedicure with free mini mani?

    Was my first time I did not expected specials..but it was offered.
