Wow!!! Simply the best. They really go out of there way to look after you and are always friendly.
The chickens (Not Pigeons) are superb, seriously, they are incredible with the best stuffing I have ever tasted. They make great burgers on BIG buns, I love their Chicken Burgers, and the other reviewer is right, great chips (Large Portions) and the gravy is to kill for.
I used to travel to Budgewoi for my Fish and Chips but not any more. The size of the fish is very generous and you can have it crumbed or battered. They also make their own calamari and its all cooked (like everything they do) fresh in front of you.
They do get VERY busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit ( That's a good sign in my book, it tells me there good at what they do, the foods good, and others know it) but its worth the wait.
Their tucked away next to the Fruit Shop at Charmhaven so you have to look for them, its a big shop inside. I drove past it for years until a friend whose a sales rep for a big food wholesaler told me it was the place to go ( Apparently it has a fantastic reputation within the food industry, its very clean out the back, and they turn there stock over quickly so its always fresh - inside info never hurts when it comes to where you eat at).
Oh. Just a tip. Sometimes they can sell out of chickens really fast (especially at night) so if you know you want one its a good idea to give them a call early on and ask them to save you one. (I've literally seen a window full of chickens disappear in like 5 minutes).

These guys make the best gravy in the world! chicken is always fresh - chips are great, oh and did I mention the gravy? It's awesome!!
