The first time I got eyelash extensions was at Chilli Couture, I was so happy.

I went to several others after, in all honesty not happy, un even, falling out, ect ect.

I would suggest anyone to get them done here!!

I stumbled across Chilli Couture's site for hair extensions and thought I'd give it a go.. I met with Emmanuelle to discuss what I was after & a week later I was getting some extensions. Because my hair is a bit crazy it made suiting the extensions a little hard.. The first lot that were put in were not quite right but..... what amazed me was how fantastic she was in trying to fix the problem and make me happy. The customer service was really great and I left there feeling really good. I really appreciated the effort she went to in trying to help me. I'll be back & recommending Chilli Couture to all my customers for extensions..

Rachael Walker is hands down Perths (maybe even Australia's) best hairdresser! I would follow Rachael to the ends of the earth to get her to do my hair, but luckily I just have to go to the fabulous Chilli Couture! The salon is about the whole experience, everyone is friendly, happy and all the staff make you feel super comfortable and totally spoilt! The salon and the girls are the epitome of style and provide everything that you would expect of an outstanding salon on the streets of London or New York!

I visited Chilli Couture for the first time today after spending the last year trying to find my hairdresser who had left her old salon. I was so happy when I found her and she had opened up her own salon! Go Rachel Walker!
Chilli Couture is a very chic salon that made me feel very welcome and the service was excellent from seeing my favourite stylist down to the coffee. Yum!
I love everything about the salon. If you want a super duper stylist just ask for Rachel... but book early she's booked out for weeks!

I have been going to Chilli Couture for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always feel welcome and know that I will walk out feeling a million dollars. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is gorgeous. Rachel is just beautiful and listens to your needs and requirements and responds with honesty and understanding.

I have been going to Chilli Couture for years now, having my hair and lashes done. I have always had the most fantastic service and always leave the salon feeling amazing. Emmanuelle always makes sure she discusses the look I want and executes it perfectly every time! Over the past fews years I have been from black to blonde and back again, as well as everything in between and my hair always looks fantastic! I have also had hair extensions and these have been great quality. I also get my eyelash extensions done at Chilli Couture and again they always look so great!

I thoroughly recommend Chilli Couture to anyone who wants to have great looking hair and lashes. The service is great, and the salon is so glamourous and relaxing. I very much look forward to all my appointments!

I just had my eyelash extension done here. It was a birthday present to myself. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment. When I finally got in there, they started doing my lashes, there was a knock at the door and they just disappeared for what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up banging on the wall to try to find out what was happening. When they came back in they said 'sorry' and I said that it was pretty bad to leave a client on the table for so long. They said "I have a salon to run". I'm still in shock, I've never felt so 'unpampered' EVER. It just felt so rude. I would never do that to a client, but then I would never be 45 minutes late.

Last time I got them done at Vanity Beauty, the salon took great care, made me feel like a queen and discussed the aftercare in detail.

Chilli offered me a return voucher which had to be redeemed in 12 days or less!!! What an insult.

My worst salon experience in over 24 years of salon experiences.

  The same thing happened to me! I was kept waiting for 25min before my hairdresser casually strolled in. Then due to the coming.. going... starting my hair... stopping.. leaving me waiting etc it took 3hrs 45min to have 1/2 head of foils & a trim done! Ridiculous. I also do not appreciate paying top dollar to have my hair coloured by a apprentice, while the hairdresser 'supervises' from the back ground. And to top the bad experience off, I was charged an unexpected amount due to them taking the liberty to put in a treatment and toner without telling me the costs or even asking if I wanted it done.
  Overall, my hair actually turned out ok. The apprentice & receptionist were lovely. However, I will NEVER be back due to the rudeness of the management & dismissive attitude towards their customers.
