    After years of eating at the Russell St China Bar, I've eatern at this Carlton outlet a few times, and for some reason, it aint as good. The service just isnt as fast, and although the food uses the same recipes, it doesnt quite hit the mark in terms of flavour. This is like the sequal to the original movie, almost there, but not quite as good!
