    Worst coffee shop that I have EVER been too. I have never written a review before and it's sad that I have to write a negative review but this place had the WORST COFFEE and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    The stuck up staff/management did not even apologise for making a lukewarm coffee that tasted like milk and told me off for not ordering an extra shot to make my coffee taste like coffee. No wonder the place was empty!

    Bad coffee, awful service!

    I actually went here a few years back and really enjoyed the desserts and service. When I went today, it seemed to be under a new management. I'm usually not the type of person to write reviews but this place really ruined my night out with my friends.

    I ordered a mocha with a waffle and my friends ordered other drinks and desserts. I will only speak on my behalf, the mocha tasted like off milk and the waffle wasn't as bad as the coffee but not one of the best waffles around. I let the staff know that my coffee tasted a bit strange and instead of apologising or asking whether I wanted a new coffee, they screamed at me and said that it was my fault and that I should have ordered an extra shot if I wanted my mocha to taste like coffee. I was so angry. I told them that they shouldn't have screamed at me and told them that I was just giving my opinion and it was unfair that I had to pay $4.20 for a mocha that I couldn't drink. The service here is really bad. There is a cafe 2~3 blocks down which I have been to before that has much better service and coffee.
