    Choices Blacktown recently did a job for my company. On the morning of, I informed them we had a death in our impediment family and needed to reschedule, as getting our carpet installed was the last thing on our minds that day. The disrespect and disgusting attitude in which the office staff, the manger, and the staff on site had towards me that day was appalling. They made the morning 100 times worse by giving me so much grief and arguing with me on the phone, asking me to stay there as it was unfair on them to have to leave. The lack of common decency was unbelievable. I explained to them I had to get to the hospital asap and they asked me to stay there with them. The manager argued with me for a good 20 minutes, while I was in absolute hysterics, and he simply did not care!!! He proceeded to tell me that it was really INCONVENIENT for them that this had happened! It was disgusting!! After the job was complete I had no apology from anyone from their office. At the end of the day, I have never endured such disregard from a company before. I hope they can learn from this experience to treat their customers with civility.

    Well, I said I'll be back and I'm back, the service and the range of this store is nothing short of breathtaking. There is a lot of choice and we're buying carpet this time. The free measure and quote is a bonus and the staff do their very best to make sure that you're satisfied. I recommend this store with all of my heart.

    This shop Carpet Choice sells more than just carpet as they sell vinyl flooring as well and other types of flooring. They laybuy for you and when you laybuy it locks the price in. We've used them for our vinyl flooring needs and when we need carpet in the future for the rest of our house we'll be back there to buy it. I recommend this branch of Carpet Choice to you as I know that I'll be back.
