    I bought a voucher from Spreets and was a little worried about buying this as I have had so many problems with getting appointments in places and been treated badly in some places. I bought this anyway as I desperately needed my hair done and made an appointment the following day, I was in on a Saturday within a week. I had great service and my hair dresser Matthew at the Ivy was absolutely great. I normally can not afford to go here but with this service and my beautiful new hair I will definitely be back to see Matthew :)

    By far the worst service I've encountered, at exceptionally excessive prices. I found the hairdressers to be distant, lazy, and entirely unfriendly. They had to wash my hair twice because they caused it to knot so badly the first time they did it, and they couldn't comb it out - even after nearly wrenching my hair out. The colour may have been good but it was overshadowed by the constantly rude hairdressers who seemed to pay as little attention as possible to their customers. I definitely do not recommend Christopher Hanna Platinum at the Ivy.

    Christopher Hanna Hair has just reopened a much bigger salon in Sky Gardens. It's really handy as it's so central and because it's such a big salon, they can fit you in at a moment's notice which means it's a great place for busy girls like me. Steve and Sam will look after you with a great blow dry that will last for days. They have some really experienced colourists in there I'm always getting compliments on my colour.
