Rude medical staff . Just blanked me, told me to go away as there were no vacancies for new patients and wasn't the slightest bit interested in sending me elsewhere. Thumbs down.

This is a very good family practice with a number of drs, many specialising in pediatrics. My regular doctor is brilliant, however having been on extended maternity leave I have taken my kids to see a few of the other drs lately. All have been good & have a good rapport with children. There is on-site pathology which is convenient & the practice nurse is very good at taking blood & giving needles! The only real problem with this practice is that they can get very busy and this means you may not always be able to see your dr of choice, or have to wait for an extended period to get in for your appointment (has only really happened once for us). This can be problematic with carparking in this busy area.

  I don't get sick very often, but the last five times I've wanted to visit, the last medical staff I saw had moved on.
  
  The staff here are a little hardcore and impersonal needing to better their phone manners.
  
  And you can forget about a 'Walk in' appointment, their advice is to go to the emergency ward if you're feeling quite unwell if there are no convenient appointment openings, you usually have to wait 24 or 48 hours for the next appointment and you always have to wait at least 15-30mins in the waiting room.
  
  I don't have kids, so can't make a comment on pediatrics...
