    I have been working with Churchill Dental since April 2009. It is a pleasure to work with Dr. Vo and Dr. Le and their practice members at Churchill Dental. The dentists are very conscientious and their number one concern is patient care and service. They train their practice members very well, implementing up-to-date ideas and are very professional in every aspect of their profession. I would sincerely, recommend them to anyone who is serious about their health, their smile and their teeth. Kathleen McKellar

    I called up churchill dental in pain the day before my overseas trip! I had called soo many places and all of them were 'too busy' to see me. I had some friends who said they were nice there. I called them and spoke to Vanessa, who actually took the time to help me with my problem, she seemed to know what she was talking about too. I went there, I was soo embarrassed that I had left my mouth to the stage that I had. They were all soo nice there and got me out of pain. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Churchill to anyone. I will always appreciate that they genuinely had concern for me and went out of their way to help me.

    I dont normally write reviews on tru local, however I have just had my Wisdom Teeth removed at Churchill Dental. I have heard ALOT of horror stories when it comes to Wisdom Teeth removals and I have to say that Churchill is not one to add to those. From the first call, I was treated with professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for me. They actually had a specialist come to the practice to remove them in under 40 minutes! I didnt even realise they were out! The whole time during the appointment I felt confident with the team around me, and that makes a difference.
    I think this must have helped with the healing too, as I did not experience the 'horror' that all my friends had talked about after to going to other dental practices.
    Verdict? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I have been a patient at Churchill Dental for over 2 years now. I am proud to say that I have a wonderful relationship with my dentist and the staff at Churchill Dental. Whenever I walk into the practice it seems so bright, fresh and pleasant. I appreciate good service, excellent care and quality dental and I will continue to travel from Wollstonecraft for the treatment that I consistently recieve for years to come. Keep up the good work Churchill. Good work.

    I am so happy that I decided to change Dentist.

    The professionalism of Churchill Dental has really made my experience of going to the Dentist welcoming and knowledgeable, From my first dealings with them I was made to feel very welcome, To the nurses out the back that made me feel at ease with the treatment, to the knowledge and detail that the dentist went through with my consultation, this was something that I have never experience before, The dentists thorough explination was one of not only a professional manner but also one of understanding, That shear fact that he treated me as a person with not a lot of dental knowledge made it so much easier to understand. I was given and explained all my treatment options and ALL costings were clearly outlined, it was then my decision as to which treatment option I opted for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    I had a cap on one of my front teeth repaired underwarranty by these dentists.. and they CHARGED me for extra services?!
    I then refused to pay and wrote them a letter soon after to that affect, as they never, ever, once mentioned i would need to pay another cent. They replied saying they'd waive my outstanding balance, but in future i would need to pay on an 'up-front' basis. Naturally I never went back.
    However, two years later (ie, today actually) i received a bill in the mail asking me to pay my my balance??!! I rang them up and spoke to the office manager there and explained my case. They said they would waive my bill again.
    Going off the other comments this seems to me a constant theme..

    NOT RECOMMENDED!

    I recently visited Churchill Dental Clinic for a minor check-up and to see what their service was like and to have a filling. At first i was quite impressed. They do have nice, friendly staff, and even though i was a 'walk in' i didn't have to wait for long.

    One of the dentists there was kind enough to give me a full-checkup 'free of charge' as i was a new customer. The dentist examined my teeth, jaw, previous work, and put a camera inside my mouth.

    I was then put in the usual dentist chair where they went to work on my teeth and gave me a filling. Throughout session i was asked a number of times if i would like different things (such as a fluoride treatment) - i really can't remember the rest, but they did give me about a dozen different options. i couldn't reply as i had a plastic guard, two hands and dental equipment in my mouth most of the time, so the dentist settled for mere nods from me. After woulds the dentist had a brief chat with me about the photos of my teeth, and sent me to the reception to pay my bill.

    Up until this point i must admit i was quite happy with their services and walking on air. i felt like i'd been treated like a king and would certainly return. As i handed the receptionist my health care card, i did expect to pay a little over what my health fund would cover as i had been given such a first class treatment... and thats when they stung me... $480 ON TOP of my private health insurance!

    A little stunned i inquired as to why i had to pay $480 on top. I had only been in their chair for half an hour, and i thought my fillings would be covered by my health plan, and the rest (such as cameras) were included in my free check-up! They explained that my fillings were covered, however, all the extras i'd 'agreed to' while being in their dentist chair had added up to $480 and were not covered by my fund!!

    Quite shocked and embarrassed i went on to explain that no one, at any point had mentioned money, and i had been told repeatedly at different times that i was being given 'complementary' and 'free' services. I never agreed to pay extra for anything, and the only agreeing i did do was with a mouthful of dentist tools in my mouth. no mention of extra money, especially this amount, was ever mentioned.

    They countered with 'you have been given lots of free and complementary services today in good will, but there are services we do charge for, and you received some of those services today, and you'll have to pay for them'

    stunned. i paid.

    I walked out of their surgery with my tail between my legs.

    I am however, happy i might be able to warn others.

    The Good:
    Friendly, polite service who seem to be offering to go out of their way for you

    The Bad:
    Lul you into a false sense of security
    State they are only giving you 'complementary' services, then bill you for services they don't mention are free
    EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE
