    Best prices and wide range of products but they keep you waiting a very long time for prescriptions when it seems like the staff are doing nothing but chatting. It can be a big waste of time and you have to wait at least 30 mins every time. If I'm too sick I don't bother going here but any other day I can't resist the discounts

    I badly need my prescribed med as the holidays might give me more stress. So in case of another emergency my partner need to administer something while waiting for the ambulance to come. I was asked with too many questions which can be answered if you will read the prescription carefully. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and too many interrogations the staff for the fourth time called me and said "SORRY WE DON'T HAVE YOUR MEDICINE HERE!" I patiently waited, I answered all their questions which made me felt like they didn't know the med.

    I left and they didn't bother speaking with me, offering further help which normally others do in case they don't have any stocks of it or doesn't have it at all. But I only got "WE DON'T HAVE IT!" I went to the front counter and asked for copies of my prescriptions and the other staff didn't bother asking me what was wrong. Why I was so upset and they can see from all of my prescriptions under their file that I have a disability.

    They have surveillance camera inside, they know what they were doing within that 30 minutes plus. They were serving only few, they were addressing the problem of an irate customer who didn't have any prescription. They were just walking touching this and that but not really spending time preparing meds.

    Unfortunately, Cincotta is the biggest in Merrylands but after what happened to me I prefer to buy somewhere else unless Cincotta remind their staff the basic of how to help people. We need help, we're not there to get your money, we're not there to chit chat with you but to get the meds that will save ourlives.

    I even asked them before I left to write down their names just to see how they would help me. But sadly, they wrote their names in a manner that they can only understand it. I asked for their full names and they didn't provide it.

    There are few staff in Cincotta who are very helpful perhaps it was a bad day for me because the staff who were attending on the 24th of December were not properly trained when it comes to handling people. I hope Cincotta management will attend to this because we need their help to give quality service to all of their clients.
