    A Fantastic salon. The girls are all so friendly, professional and approachable it's like having morning tea with your best friends. I will never go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the door, you see smiles, a beautiful water feature and a clean tidy and 'pretty' salon which makes you feel so much at home. From nails to waxing to teeth whitening to tanning to massage to awesome facials they do everything and unlike everywhere else, you aren't pressured to buy the product when your done. What can I say, you'll love this place!!

      I am sad to say I did not have the same experience as Shanny.
      I found the staff to be very unprofessional. I had made an appointment nearly 2 weeks ahead as I have a very busy lifestyle. 2 days before my appointment , I was sent a message by phone putting back my appointment time , then on the day I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time to be told the staff were running late and that I would have to wait another half an hour . I was asked to "go and do some shopping or something". When I said that I was not happy to wait , I was treated with a snooty manner basicially like it or lump it. I quietly left and decided to give another beauty salon my money. Very disappointing.
      I ran a very successful hairdressing salon for over 10 years and if you have to inconvience a customer once, when they do come in they must get in on time . In these hard times in retail I think some people forget what good customer service is.
