    OK, where to start? The staff are not pleasant, and lie frequently. Did you check the tyres? Yes. Why is it flat? Did you replace the pads? Yes. Then why are they at 15% 2 weeks later? Did you fix the engine shield? Yes. Then why does it still rattle and have the scratches? They are expensive.
    The sales people are persuasive, but there is no support when you leave the lot.
    I strongly recommend to avoid this dealer and service agent. I found dealing with them is excruciating. If you do decide to buy a car there, read the extended warranty clauses carefully - it has a large excess, caps out at low value and does not cover major parts of the car. Further, the dealer will argue to resist doing warrant repair work.
