    The way they treat new customers is terrible. I called up early to reschedule my later afternoon appointment as a few things came up with work unfortunately and I was told that I was not allowed to reschedule!!! Are you kidding?!!

    All I wanted to do was change it to the next day. It was also a consultation, so no money was going to be lost. This happens to people that work in the cbd everyday, I cannot imagine I am the first.

    Needless to say, I will be taking my business else where.

    I was skeptical coming into City Laser Clinic at first after hearing horror stories about the laser hair removal process but was thoroughly surprised at how effective it was in getting rid of bumps.
