    I had a booking for Monday morning, and had to cancel on the day due to my asthma sending me to hospital. The staff were lovely, and happily rebooked me for the day after.
    The crew were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Will recommend to everyone I know!

    The removalists did a very good job when we moved from Calamvale to Algester. They were on time and polite and took a great deal of care with my furnishings. I would recommend them to others.

    When I moved 6 mths ago I used MiniMovers, and that was a nightmare. I chose these guys out of the local paper and was pleasantly surprised. Over $300 cheaper, with better service and no breakages. I'll be using them again, and recommending them to friends and family.

    Great service for our recent move in Brisbane. The guys were punctual, friendly and quick. Prices competitve. SMS reminder was great. The receptionist Vivian was professional and very helpful. Overall very happy with the service. Will definitely use their service again.

    This company was contracted by a charity I was donating furniture to. I wasn't expecting such a wonderful pair of movers to show up. They arrived when their office said they would, they were are really polite, friendly and efficient!

    I would recommend them to everyone!

    I used Removals recently to move house and the guys were on time and fast to move. I found that one of them tried to avoid moving as many things as that staff could but still got the job done fairly quickly. I'm giving City Removals a low rating because a few of my items were damaged in the move and instead of apologizing and offering some token of good will I was told flatly that the damage was my fault and that they accepted no liability. The staff was very rude on the phone and i had to call three times to get a response to my initial query.

    We helped as much as possible, had all the boxes down stairs ready for them, paid in cash, provided the guys with cold drinks and left them a hefty tip - so i was disappointed to receive such terrible service in return.

    I've used City Removals twice, and been very happy both times. The girls on the phones are great, I like that they call you when their 30 minutes away.
    Prices were FANTASTIC. A big thanks to the boys for making it so easy. While I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, at least I know I've got good movers to call on.

    I recently had to move due to my lease ending, I was very happy with the service I received from City Removals, not only were they on time but i was very happy with the time that it took to move me from one side of brisbane to the other. Very easy and I loved getting the notification the day before reminding me about the time they were coming the next day. As you don't get that kind of service anymore at all.

    I recently moved house and decided to use City Removals. I found the movers very polite and when they turned up on time I was very shocked as previous movers I had used had run late on me. I was very happy with the great service that I received from them and for the price that they charged me, I would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move.
