    First service I got with City Subaru I noticed on my receipt they charged me for the SA718 Subaru fuel additive. Before putting my car in I had read on a forum this is usually given to the customer upon completion of service for the customer to add to a full tank of fuel. So after I paid for the service I asked for the fuel additive. The staff pulled one out of the box they had sitting under the desk and handed it to me without bringing up another receipt. They quickly changed the subject. My service receipt also said my clutch life was short, the clutch had been replaced two months prior. The second service they again charged me for the fuel additive and never gave it to me until I asked.
    I then learnt that to change the fuel filter in these cars the car must have half tank of fuel or less, every service I took my car there I had a full tank of fuel but was always charged for the fuel filter. Makes me wonder if they actually did change it.
    They also tried to tell me I needed new brake pads, the brake pads I had on there lasted another year.
    Expensive and not worth it.
