-'The Terrace' (or the 'urban rooftop atrium') is a space for hire that has been used for cocktail parties, fashion shows and parties. It is connected to a cocktail bar.

-'Civic Dining' (on the first floor) has been awarded a chef's hat in the 2008 SMH Good Food Guide. Modern Mediterranean food. Open Tue-Fri noon-2:30pm, Tue-Sat 6pm-10pm.
