    Beware !! Quoted price is not what you will be charged. Don't go near them!
    We are a small business based in Melbourne, we where approached by a Civic transport staff that repeatedly called, we decided to give them a go, we asked all the right questions and decided to give them a go with one consignment. After setting the account we called in the the job asking for a quote first, the quote was reasonable, slightly more expensive than our usual supplier but we believe in supporting local business so we went ahead. Delivery was made on time.
    Then we received the invoice !!!
    The original quoted price had fuel surcharges and administration cost added and was over twice as much!! as the quoted price. ( We had questioned the staff about additional costs and also asked the other staff who gave us the quote if the quoted price was the total cost they said it was.)
    As we have a policy of only charging our customer the delivery price we are charged we actually made a loss on our job! I know by law we only have to pay what is quoted by the company. But we have payed the full amount invoiced put it down to experience and taken the time to write this review. Beware!
