    If you are thinking of signing up with Clark New Homes - don't. I had an awful time with them. They make all sorts of promises before you sign the contract, but as soon as this is done, they become rude that coudn't care less about what you want. Building is a tough industry and it is a difficult process that requires good will by both parties to make a project successful. They have a terrible attitude towards their customers. Avoid the inevitable and walk away now.

      I agree, they built me a house that is riddled with faults, and there is nothing I can do to get them to fix it. There is no quality to anything that they build.
