I am a regular at the Classic, after receiving an email about a special event for "The Book Thief" that could be booked on line, in fact I couldn't book on line (Classic had not done their online preparations properly before advertising the event) and when I rang the Classic repeatedly they did not answer their phone. I then decided to drive down to the Classic in what happened to be an afternoon of pouring rain to buy my tickets. When I told the person serving behind the counter what had happened there was not a word of apology just pure arrogance.Yesterday I was standing in line to purchase some movie tickets, the same person was serving two elderly woman who had forgotten to tell this person they were seniors, this person arrogantly said to them "what, you think I am a mind reader or something". This person was so rude that two women in the queue in front of me commented loudly how rude this person was and as I continued to wait this person had a verbal altercation with another patron. What I have learned is that this person is part of the management of Classic, this person has essentially no manners.
