    These guys are hopeless. to get a quote it took a week for them to book it in before they would see it (any other place you just drive in). That was 3 months ago, after many phone calls they still dont get back and still dont have the part. do yourself a favour, go somewhere else!!!!! If your insurance says go to them, try get a preffered person to do it. The staff that answers the phone is very rude as well (as at Jan 2011)
